1 cup milk of choice (cow, almond, soy, etc.)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds or flax meal
1/4 cup granola
Optional - vanilla, sweetener, fruit
Mix the milk, oats and chia or flax in a container with a lid, I use a mason jar. Place in the fridge overnight. In the morning you can add some vanilla, sweetener or fruit. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite flavor of granola. Enjoy!
You can sprinkle granola on just about anything -
- Ice cream
- Fruit salad
- Pancakes, sprinkle on before you flip them
- Muffins, fill your muffin tin then top with granola before baking
- Hot Oatmeal
