![]() How do you eat granola? In a bowl with milk or yogurt? You might be surprised at the variety of ways you can enjoy granola, here are some of my favorites. Overnight Oats
1 cup milk of choice (cow, almond, soy, etc.) 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds or flax meal 1/4 cup granola Optional - vanilla, sweetener, fruit Mix the milk, oats and chia or flax in a container with a lid, I use a mason jar. Place in the fridge overnight. In the morning you can add some vanilla, sweetener or fruit. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite flavor of granola. Enjoy! You can sprinkle granola on just about anything -
