
In a 10-inch pan, place 4-5 sliced peaches to form a bottom layer (if using frozen peaches, you would need 2 bags of it). Add a cup of blueberries (or any other fruit of choice). Sprinkle with a little bit of flour (I used coconut flour) and some coconut palm sugar, or sweetener of choice. Add about 1/4 cup of Northern Berry granola to top it off. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
